I will be going to another location to get my breakfast. Recently every morning I stop by there is no jelly. When I ask for it, the employee starts to go get it but the tall girl always stops them and says that there is no jelly. I don't understand how you don't have any when you serve breakfast.

First of all learn how to treat people and it's always got to be one of us trying to show off but that's okay when they made one Dunkin donuts they made plenty more so you're just losing a regular customer trying to show out you don't know if I was purchasing something or not. I stopped by😡 here in the morning and buy breakfast and I always by coffee going home, but that's okay you just lost a regular customer check yourself. 😡

**Review of Dunkin' Donuts: Disappointing Refill Policy**

I recently visited Dunkin' Donuts and was surprised to find out about their refill policy, or lack thereof, for their own branded cups. As a loyal customer who enjoys their coffee, I've always appreciated the convenience of bringing my own cup and assumed I could get a refill at a discounted price.

Upon inquiry, the manager informed me that refills on Dunkin' Donuts branded cups actually cost more than a new cup of coffee. This policy seems counterintuitive and quite disappointing for regular customers like myself who prefer to reduce waste and reuse our cups.

While I understand that policies can vary between franchises, it was disheartening to learn that Dunkin' Donuts doesn't incentivize customers to use their own cups in a more environmentally friendly manner. In fact, it feels like a missed opportunity for the company to promote sustainability and encourage customers to make eco-conscious choices.

I hope Dunkin' Donuts reevaluates this policy to better align with current environmental concerns and customer expectations. A more reasonable refill policy would not only benefit customers but also reflect positively on the company's commitment to sustainability. Until then, I'll have to reconsider how I support Dunkin' Donuts when choosing where to grab my next cup of coffee.

At approximately 950 am I encountered a very rude cashier. After approaching the drive thru speaker, no one responded so I pulled forward to the window. Afterwhich the cashier refused to take my order, even after I explained to her that no one answered at the speaker. Her tone and delivery was VERY unprofessional and made me extremely uncomfortable. Perhaps the crew can use more training regarding customer service.

I ordered a roasted chicken pepper, a sandwich wrap and for some reason it came with a bunch of splits like slices on the top which causes issues when you're eating it. I mean I guess the person didn't understand you're not to cut cut it. People are eating it. We don't have a knife or a fork to eat this by hand. That's why it's a wrap. So if you cut it all the ghoul and all the goodness is coming out.
