This is my neighborhood Dunkin so I go here regularly so I like many watch my points because every trip I spend about 40$ give or take for me and the wife and kids. My last 5 trips when I had my phone to get scanned it was not scanned and it only happened in the drive thru. So today I went inside in person and the lady, who I assume is related to the owner because she don’t even get a slap on the wrist. Deliberately in front of my face scanned her phone for her points on my dime. It was another 40$ purchase as well. So if you like to stack your points I would triple check when coming here that they scan your rewards. Because the employees just love to scan for themselves apparently. Yes I also spoke to the manager and called out the employee and he said that she even admitted to scanning her phone versus mine and he did not care. Will definitely not be returning anymore. I’ll go out of my way instead now.

This place is on my way to work and I have stopped by two or three times. Each time I hope that the last time was a fluke. We have gotten breakfast sandwiches for the office that are always cold and the donuts are always crunchy and stale or more. This particular store does not represent the franchise well at all.

This is by far the worst Dunkin that I have ever been to. The workers were rude and dismissive, even though there was no line and I was the only customer in the drive-through.
I asked for a coffee, a certain way and the worker goes “no, we don’t do that pull to the window”. Once I got to the window, I checked in my bag, and my food was thrown all out of the packaging.

The people in here are just rude , I am sorry but i live like 5 min away and I make the 15 min drive to the one on melrose park because of them.

I've gone to this location twice, and both times have had issues with the same employee. The second incident I pulled up to the drive thru to pick up my mobile order. I told her I was there for a mobile order and gave her my name and she said to pull up. There was a customer ahead of me, who did take a while to get their order. When I get to to the window, she asks me if my order was something completely different than what I ordered. I said no it was 2 iced coffees. So she asks what I want. And I told her what my order was. Then she proceeds to want to charge me, so I tell her it's a mobile order, hence paid for already. And she proceeds to yell at me, roll her eyes and say you should have that it was mobile order while stormimg off. Another employee brings me my drinks almost 5 minutes later, with the side of the cups dripping with product. I ask for a napkin and with a roll of his eye gives me some. Then he starts to walk away and I ask for my straws. He then proceeds to tell the other employee something under his breath and give me my straws. Almost made me feel like I was asking for a favor from them. Extremely rude behavior toward customers. Definitely never going.

When you need a pick-me-up, just drive through and get your fix.

Management is extremely rude. You get up from your table to use the restroom even though you're things are still on the table they come there remove it then put two or three tables together to have meetings when on top of that is already very limited tables to begin with! This happened at 10:00 am on August 18th 2025. You need to get it together in customer service!

Why is it always close ? I was in town on vacay for a week and everything I would try and buy some coffee the place would always be closed if it was 1 PM on the weekday or on the weekend it would be closed at 3 PM

This Dunkin is a disorganized mess. Will you get your order right? will they have your order finished in a timely manner? The answer is unfortunately no. I can order the same thing every time that i go in and it somehow turns out different every single time. If i order ahead they do not make the food or drinks until you get there. even with about 5 or 6 employees on site it seems like they are in full panic trying to figure out what is going on and who's supposed to be doing what, even at the absolute slowest of times. If they learned how to properly make orders, and learned separation of job responsibilities while working i think they may have a shot of getting things together.

Customer service is poor! Every time I come and go through the drive through or inside they get my order wrong even after repeating it back to me. They also talk to everyone with such a bad attitude. Do better! I normally never write bad reviews but this is reoccurring everytime I visit. So I no longer will be coming.
