My husband made a mobile order for pick up And when I arrived to the restaurant, one of the registers told me to provide the card and my ID and on the website, it does not say that we have to provide those two items so I did not have those two items to show her. She was very rude and started yelling telling me that she needed these two items in order for me to receive my food just in case if it was fraud. Mind you the total was $24. And I show her The bank statement That they had already took out that amount out of my Husband bank account. And so I told her if I wasn’t gonna be able to receive my food to give me a refund and she told me that she didn’t wanna do me the refund that she was not in charge of it so when I had told you that I was gonna call the police that’s why she went ahead and proceeded to give me my refund. Very bad service do not recommend!

The food was disgusting and can tell it was cooked in old grease. I couldn’t even finish. I called them and told them I’m not taking that drive back over there to get an order remade which why would? I told them I would send them a picture and they said no and refused to refund me. I will be calling the health department. I think maybe it’s time to get them shut down because clearly I am not first one to have issues.

I’ve been going here since I was a lil girl, when we stayed in Bellwood. This place had been open a long time. The food has gotten nasty, the rice had no flavor, they didn’t put any egg in my food, then when I called to tell them that, he argued back and forth that they did. Then he hung up in my face. I will not return here

I paid over $16 for an order of the combination lo mein spicy. It was EXTREMELY salty/over-seasoned AND the noodles are mushy!! ? I am gravely disappointed especially for such an expensive dish. I will NEVER return

Prices are extremely high and ridiculous, the customer service is horrible the guy answering the phone is rude and condescending. Price increase but same sizes. Food was okay but not worth the price.

One of my favorite chinese places in the west suburbs. These are my favorite foods from here.
Appetizers: crab ragoon and egg rolls.
Soup: Wonton soup is super tasty. Highly recommend.
Fried rice: Beef and shrimp fried rice are the best.
Entrees: Mongolian beef is always on point. Orange chicken is always flavorful. I've had other menu items and they are hit and miss.
