I made a mobile order on August 9, 2018 at 1:19 PM. my order number was QR38 upon reaching the drive thru window I was informed that my order didn't come through. I reordered it and checked my bank account and was charged twice. the manager refused to give me a refund or canceled one of the orders. I asked for her name and she scrambled it on a receipt. I want my money back for both orders. I won't be visiting this location anymore. terrible customer service.
