The food is great. Service is pretty good. Only Reason why I didn’t get them five stars it’s because the food wasn’t quite ready when they said it would be other than that top-notch

Their foood is so good & affordable but for the past week they haven’t been answering the phone I hope they’re ok I miss the food it’s good as hell

I finally got a chance to stop in and I got to say.... it's on point! I had the dark piece chicken 4 lunch n felt like at the islands! Definitely coming back. I was Jamming to the tunes. Bless up! Can't wait to try the curry goat if u have it!

Wanted red snapper plantain and oxtail. They only had protein and no sides
No seafood I left after being offered sides but then was told yeah we not offering sides 🤨 needless to say we left.

They did not have any food

Best jerk chicken in Illinois. They make everything fresh. The owner is detail oriented and makes sure everyone is treated as family. The cashier is beautiful inside and out. I travel there from about an hour away to get the best jerk. I have been everywhere but this is the best.

Restaurant was closed when I came. Hours are not accurate.

I’ll never go back! The worst service ever. They told me they ain’t have no dark meat no bread and had me wait 45 mins for some dried out chicken and charged me $1 for a extra sauce the lady attitude was horrible and the man acted like he hated his job! I’ll never be back

This place doesn't have anything that's on the menu. I placed an order for me and 2 co-workers, I was expecting 3 Rib dinners ( I went at 12:45 pm right after they opened at 12:30pm) although the time on their website is not right. I was informed they only had enough ribs for 2 dinners, which was 3 bones each. No problem with that. However, you just opened. They didn't have sides that were on the menu right after opening 15 minutes. The ribs taste good. The place was completely smoked out. You can't wait inside for your order it's too much smoke indoors. The service was fine, but I won't return due to the inconvenience of the menu and the time that's posted on the website that has not been right for months. I come from Naperville to this place because I work nearby. I will not return.
I will take all my business now to the new jerk place JG Grill in hillside. They have been wonderful and consistent.

Blessings ??. I was craving island food, which I usually go to Wildhare downtown. I read reviews, and food and service have changed and not in a good way. So I found Montego Bay, and let me tell you as an island mon and a cook. Their food reminded me of being on the islands. The services was amazingly friendly. To some, the atmosphere might not be to their liking. For me, again reminded me of that island restaurant back of town we call it. Let's talk about the food. Oxtails were tender and juicy with just the right spice. The curry goat, just the same tender and well seasoned. I will definitely be saving a trip to the city. Montego Bay is my new favorite island restaurant beside my own kitchen. May Jah bless all reading this review. One Love ??
