Their fries and sides also hit the spot — crispy, hot, and well-seasoned. It’s clear that the kitchen staff takes pride in preparing solid, reliable meals that deliver on taste every time.
However, the customer service could definitely use improvement. On several visits, I’ve experienced long wait times and a lack of attentiveness from the staff. Orders are sometimes taken with minimal communication or eye contact, and there’s often a sense of being rushed even when the store isn’t busy. It doesn’t ruin the experience, but it does make it feel less welcoming than it could be.
A little extra friendliness and better organization at the front counter would go a long way in making Mr. Submarine a top-tier spot all around. The food already speaks for itself — now it’s time for the customer service to catch up. With a few adjustments, this place could be truly exceptional.

I just had they Italian beef’s from there and it was a dead bug In my wrapping paper with my beef and it’s a lady name juna that works there very very unprofessional! tried to tell me those are spices I ain’t know spices had wings but I got my money back ! Don’t eat there

Big selection of food here its a sharkys and mr.submarine combo , I asked for a sub with Xtra Mayo and one with no Mayo they put Mayo on both eww. Watch them making your subs , that's my only complaint just not a Mayo guy , prices were also fair.oh and the parking lot sux but there is a drive thru
