Just left this subway at 2.39pm on 5.5.25 and opened my 6 inch and a bug was crawling in it. Bug was same color as the oregano and bread was hard. Disappointing! Don't bother going there.

The workers were attentive not so much to detail but willing to correct any errors. Nacho fail completely! I have no words to this disappointment but I can say the ingredients were fresh.

First ever NEVER Post...I will NEVER order from this Subway location again. ?
Pretty upset right now. Ordered a Chicken teriyaki for myself, my son ordered the hotshot Italiano and my boyfriend ordered the all American. Of course we customized our subs and well.... just wow!! I have zero idea what the heck is going on at this subway.
There is not ONE piece of meat on my son's Italiano. It looks like a cucumber and tomato salad on a bun. (And we didn't even ask for either of these on his sub)
My chicken teriyaki doesn't have any sauce on it nor any of the customized ingredients/toppings that I requested.
Luckily the All American was mostly correct and my son was able to have half of that for dinner.
Get it together or take your location off of delivery. Thanks! ?

Harry is hands down the best! Very polite, and memorable. I visit here maybe once a week and he knows my exact order. Food is great and availability on certain toppings is perfect. Never been told, “We don’t carry that at this location” if you eat subway, you know what I’m talking about.

Went today 08/30 around 5:00pm...The young lady there made me want to file a compliant at the health department, she sneezed and didn't change her gloves... I watched her do it as she wrapped the online orders..didnt allow her to make my order! I had the young man make it.. also, the bread was hard!.. the nerve to ask for a tip...on the machine.. here's a tip!.. DO BETTER! will never go back.... better off at jimmy johns or jersey mikes... at least you'll be satisfied....
They did not have fresh items out I noticed it while placing the order I don’t like how they have the meat section covered it up and you can’t see what’s out. My mother n myself feel like we have food poisoning now because of them we waste 50 dollars at this place. The condiments had other condiments mixed together which is a food allergen problem. I just thought maybe they’d clean up n switch out the stuff but once I noticed how slouchy the young girl tossed the oinios back in after I asked her to take some off! This was about 3:45 is 4:00 almost not a soul was in there don’t understand why it was like this! This subway is next to a school! N multiple business im highly sadden by this experience I usually go to here all the time but it seems like every time this one worker is there the food is trash! Bring back the upbeat friendly manager n not these careless workers! I will be sticking to Forsest park location!
