“I am a location supervisor for a Chrysler third party Quality team and ordered from this location this evening. I ordered one pizza and two orders of breadsticks. My order was shorted one order of breadsticks however when I called in to simply request that my order be completed the Manager on shift, Nick made every possible effort to make sure I was completely satisfied with my service and went above and beyond by not only ensuring I recieved the order of breadsticks but also made it a double order and sent one of their desert brownies as well! Even though they made a simple mistake their manager single handedly ensured that I will be ordering from this location again“
