“If you like wings this the place to go. Lots of sauce options and they will do whatever you want on your food order. The wings are bigger than other chains and aren't dried out. Great sides and the blue cheese dressing is the bomb. Super thick and creamy. I ate at the bar and Chrissy and Agnes are very attentive and nice. Lots of televisions to watch sports. The establishment is clean and is family friendly. The beer on tap is cold, fresh and clean. No yucky chlorine/soap taste from unproperly cleaned lines or glasses. They offer points which is great for future purchases“
“We are slowly becoming frequent guests at Wings Etc. it's a small place with a surprisingly grand atmosphere. The staff always seems upbeat and happy so I HOPE that means they are valued and paid well. ?☺️We are a blended family with our kids ranging in ages from 5-16 which means going out to dinner where everyone is happy is a struggle and to find a place that is affordable AND authentically welcoming of our big family? Now that is just amazing to find in such a "hole in the wall" establishment.Looking forward to enjoying many more nights out with our group and getting to experience more of the Wings Etc. team.Kid-friendliness: The staff is friendly and our big party had kids all sitting at their own table beside us, and the waitress was able to easily ask them for their orders and handle the general chaotic nature of kids in the wild. Menu is just varied enough to suite the pallets of young kids without being overwhelming.“
“We had steak nachos , chicken taco pork taco and steak taco and chicken. Quesadilla the food was fantastic staff was friendly. I can't wait to have the nachos again. It is in a sports center but go try it dinner is good had many things on other occasions. It's all good ps. I am bad at photos.“
“We ordered 2 pan pizzas and we found them to be exceptional. We usually order them at a different location. I just had to call the Crystal Lake, IL store and tell him how much we enjoyed eating the pizza he prepared. I may drive the extra distance if he keeps making pizza like this. Way to go !!!!!!“
“Ordered for delivery, it was our first time so we weren’t sure what to expect (delivery can always be hit or miss, even from the best restaurants)…WOW! Is all I can say. It was extremely cost effective, the sauces were delicious, the wings were perfectly cooked and the free fries and ranch were amazing! Will definitely be ordering again“
“It's carry out or delivery only. No dine in. I have been a fan of this chain since they opened. Lemon pepper and garlic parmesan are their best flavors in my opinion. Located just up the road from around the clock on the right side, but before you get past Dunkin / Baskin Robins. Great job, still a fan.“
“It would be great if you hadn't given my 300 reward points to a complete stranger or more likely a person working at this location accessible to reward accounts. I don't live anywhere near the area the person ordered from here to be delivered outside Hobby Lobby without a delivery fee, how convenient.“
“I ordered online for pick up for my lunch when I came my order had been taken by a Doordash person instead of taking off the proper labeled shelf. The gentleman who realized this quickly made sure they made my order again. He kept apologizing when it wasn't even his fault. Super nice staff. Food is always fresh and yummy. Love this location.“
“This is the first time I’ve went to a Popeyes and got great service, fresh hot food and clean environment. Got my food in ten minutes. I ordered 10 pc family meal and 14 pc tender meal. Christine and her coworker got me in and out in 10 minutes. Christine was very friendly. Greeted me, thanked me and I wish all Popeyes had service like this.“
“My wife and I had dinner on Saturday, March 23 at The Cottage in Crystal Lake before a show at the Raue Center. It's a pub atmosphere. Very nice. They brought us popcorn and peanuts while we viewed the menu. Had the Saturday special, 6 oz. filet with a baked potato, mushrooms, broccoli, bread roll. Steak was perfectly cooked and tender. Potato was best I've had in a long time. My wife had the steak salad. Steak was thinly cut and tender. All in all, meal was delicious and perfectly portioned.“
