“The meat mania pizza was very good with a very good amount of toppings evenly distributed. Thin crust was nice and flaky. Mild buffalo wings were good lots of extra sauce. Garlic parm wings had ok flavor and were sitting in a lot of oil. Sauce was lacking consistency. Employees were nice and food was ready when promised. Ordering online was super easy and fast.“

“Went to Sticky Fingers for the first time.

When I saw the wings price I thought it was a lot until I saw the jumbo sized / chicken loaded wings.

Recommend getting “sticky” load that sauce on.

Fries are also flavored nicely , unique taste that I had not had.

The wings meal easily feeds 3-4 when I was nervous it would feed 2.“

“I just ordered from this wingstop about an hour ago…. I got some meals and a few different flavors. The fries weren’t really good, and there was a lack of seasoning on some of the wings…HOWEVER!!! I called and the manager handled it very reasonably. We have been coming here since they opened. I don’t believe we have ever had an issue with the food or anything. I give them Five stars because they deserve it! They are a class act. The food is usually perfect, and they are always quick, pleasent and genuinely nice people to do business with. Everyone is entitled an off day. If you have had 50 good experiences and ONE BAD ONE, why would you write about the bad one?!“

“Benjamin Parada and I ate dinner at Wings Etc. tonight! We pulled up to the building and called the number listed clearly on the signs, with an employee's assistance our "take out" order was placed! Ben and I talked in the car just as we would have when we were inside the restaurant. However, sitting in the car and wearing a mask felt so much safer than being in the restaurant! Our food was out to our car very quickly. Wonderful delicious and amazing are words to describe the good wings! Date nights look so different with Covid but this was a super safe and fun date night!“

Today was not one of those nights :( We ordered a pizza with no cheese and it was overcooked and curled to a crisp. It moved around a lot in transit considered the picture shown is how we opened it after it was delivered.“

“I was a bit concerned about the place when I read the reviews, but still ordered, here's what happened:

I placed the order online, it got routed to this location (didn't specifically pick it, but it is physically the closest to me). I got a call from them letting me know that I was actually outside their delivery zone, so they couldn't do the delivery. The guy calling me was very polite, and he offered to straight cancel the order or I could come pick up. I chose to pick up and he said he'd rebook the order and add a $5 discount because of the technical issue.

Came to the store, saw 3 people working, all of them greeted me with a welcome. The girl checking me out was fast and I was in and out. Store looked clean and organized.

Despite the technical issue, the actual experience walking in and getting my items was very efficient and as pleasant as can be. The pizza were still warm when I got them home and tasted just as expected.

So yeah, not sure about the past experiences others have had, but I thought I'd give my impression. I'll update if anything changes when I order again. (Ordered and picked up on 08/10/26)“

“I haven't been to a KFC since the one in Crystal Lake closed, but today I had a hankerin' and stopped by the McHenry one for the first time on my home from work. Place was clean and staff was courteous and friendly. Really a nice experience.“

“Just picked up dinner for the family and was so impressed with Suzi and her team. I pulled into the drive thru and when I asked about some online coupons they had available they were super kind, explaining that I had to order them thru the app in order to get the discounts. I told them thank you for explaining and that I would pull out the the drive thru, place the order and come back thru when it was ready! They actually seemed shocked that someone would do that instead of yelling at them about the procedure and thanked me!
When I pulled back thru the drive thru one of two of my orders were ready so they asked if I could pull around by the front door.
They were soooo busy too! People in the drive thru and people going inside. As I watched, they seemed to get people thru both lines quickly. People walking out of the restaurant seemed happy!
When Suzi brought out my order, she brought it out with a smile and apologized for the wait! There really wasn’t a wait! I told her that het whole team was doing great! She mentioned she was two people short today so that made her happy to hear that service wasn’t suffering!!! Keep up the good work! You guys rocked it today!! Btw…. Dinner was amazing!!!“

“I go here usually when I am in Waconda. If I don’t grab a dinner for my family and I, I always grab one piece of chicken. Their food is always hot and fresh. The thing I like most though is the customer service there. Everyone’s nice, but I’ve grown very attached to one of the employees who I always have waiting on me. His name is Cole and he works the Drive Up window and, the inside register. He’s very polite and considerate and helpful. And when he graduates from high school, and goes to college we will have a new EMT in the area. Which I can guarantee with his personality and kindness he will make a fine addition to any town. So needless to say if you go to Kentucky fried chicken, make sure you say hi to Cole and if you have any questions, even if they’re in another language, he’ll try to help you. This is something I witnessed firsthand with him the other day. He took his time to work with a man and the language app on the phone to help out the customer. So go have some chicken and say hello to Cole!!!!“
