Tony is the current manager on duty tonight at Little Caesars at 327 RANDALL RD in Lake in the Hills (across from the Lowes if you need a reference).
Long story short....item missing from our online order. Called the 877# provided but no one answered. Called the store and asked to speak with a manager to get help. Hung up on. Called back (thought it was disconnected by accident). Was told by an employee the manager (Tony) will not get on the phone because just doesn't care...read full review
