Listen, I don’t expect much from Little Caesars. I was craving a pizza and didn’t want an hour wait. At the very least I expect the pizza to be warm, not even HOT, warm. It was a cold pizza and I live 3 minutes away. Cold- so clearly not made within the last 30ish minutes if not longer. The food is good, my kids love it. But they don't take orders over the phone. For the past 2 months, I have been placing them with the app because they haven't been answering calls.
I went in to pick up a pizza. There were 3 workers at the front. I young man sitting on a stool on his phone. I young woman in street clothes behind the counter on her phone eating ice cream. I young man taking customers. My son worked there for a short while. He was terminated for being on his phone.
