Ordered food at 12:17p for a 5:30p pickup. When we arrived at 5:30p were told it would be another 30-45 minute wait. I was given three excuses by three people, which were all unacceptable considering how I ordered. Then I asked for a refund, was given an attitude and more excuses. When I got home, the refund receipt was not a refund, they just closed out the order and printed that. So on top of being bad business people they are thieves!

Ordered delivery from Matteson location through the wingsnob website. They outsourced the delivery to DoorDash and sent only half my $100 order. DoorDash blamed them, and Wingsnob refused to send the full order and offered only a refund.
