Opening weekend, beautiful weather and the crowd was huge. Staff did an amazing job keeping things moving. Drive thru line was out to the road. Great food and I'm not a BBQ guy!
While we travel the country we have the opportunity to visit many wonderful places & their local restraunts. Smokin Coop BBQ Pit has to be one if the best BBQ places we've been to so far. The food is exceptional, service is great and the atmosphere was fun! 2 slices of beef brisket on the sandwich - really!!! The loaded pork brisket potato was great. I do like how they ask how you want things I had two different peppers on the side and they did. Not sure I’m going back .
