2 slices of beef brisket on the sandwich - really!!! The loaded pork brisket potato was great. I do like how they ask how you want things I had two different peppers on the side and they did. Not sure I’m going back .
Delicious ribs, falling off the bones yummy and the macaroni and cheese with pulled pork on it was absolute heaven lol no other way to describe it!!!

Best pulled pork and ribs in the area! Unique atmosphere. Wednesday night car show. Outdoor dining with a shelter pavilion for sun and rain. Heaters when cold. Fast service. Staff is always hustling. I’ve always ordered pulled pork from them for parties.
Parking: Not a fancy parking lot. Blacktop grass and gravel but worth it for the food.

The customer service is excellent, and the staff is friendly and efficient, always hustling to keep things moving smoothly even with large crowds. The food is exceptional, with delicious ribs that are falling off the bone and the best pulled pork in the area, almost like Texas BBQ. The macaroni and cheese with pulled pork is a favorite for many. The brisket sandwich is good, and the turkey club is out of this world, probably one of the best sandwiches. The brisket sandwich is generous, the meat is tender and so delicious, served with a side of au jus. The macaroni and cheese is absolutely delicious, and the baked beans are also delicious. The atmosphere is fun and unique, making it a great spot for families. Kids can enjoy activities like a tire swing and plenty of grass to play on. The restaurant offers outdoor dining with a shelter pavilion for sun and rain, and heaters when it's cold. While the parking lot is not fancy, the food is worth it. Overall, Smokin Coop BBQ Pit is a must-visit for all BBQ lovers, combining great food, service, and atmosphere.
