Growing up with a Rockstar Mexican Grandmother cooking like no other. It's hard to impress me, but the food was very good. The rice could use additional tomatoe, onion and garlic. Then again I was spoiled with Grandmother's cooking. Best Mexican food I've had since moving back from California 2 years ago. My wife was very disappointed in every other place we've been to in Rockford, Roscoe, Beloit and Janesville. Very happy with her Chile Relleno and to satisfy her is a huge task. Not as my rice. LoL. Try this place and you won't regret it. I had Asada, El Pastro and Pollo tacos. By the was the Guacamole was the bomb. Wife didn't need to add salt or lime to it. Just like our favorite spot in Ontario, California Mexico Lindo Restaurant. Shout to them.

We found this place it is well underrated. My daughter has food allergies so what she is able to eat is not on a menu. They accommodated her so well it was a breath of fresh air. All of our food came out hot and yummy. The service was super attentive but not overbearing. The atmosphere felt cozy and like we were eating a friends house. This single momma is thankful my kids were fed and I didn't have to cook we will be back
