Received two lobster tails, two packages of lobster claws (four claws total) and lobster bisque as a gift from my daughter for my birthday.Tails were OK I guess, not great, the claws were pre-cooked, so tough that they were inedible. The bisque was tasteless.Having grown up on the New England shoreline, now living in Tennessee, when I saw the package arrive, I had high hopes. Unfortunately, both my wife and I ended up being disappointed.
TERRIBLE COMPANY WITH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! while shopping on Amazon, I found lobster tails from this company. I had tried them previously on QVC and they were great. but when this order came in, lobster were spoiled. I tried to see if the meat was ok, so I washed off the buttery sauce and cracked the shell. after removing shell, I found that the lobsters were greenish grey. they went to the trash. Disappointed in the service and lobsters. The lobster bake came in and the lobsters were dead, the corn dried, the potato's were soft and the lemons were soft and black bruises. The worst part was how customer service handled it. Or didn'thandle it.
