I had a reward to use and the app wasn't working, the staff member was able to add it on in a different way so I still got my discount. This was extremely helpful as I feel often times, the staff can't seem to be able to do anything if the app isn't working! She was also very friendly and had my drink ready quickly. It was delicious!

Horrible, horrible horrible been coming here for so so so long they have somebody that’s working there that’s shooting up while they’re working on drugs falling asleep at the register as she’s making your drink. Her hands are in the cup. We have a video very dangerous contacting corporate ASAP. and the girl has tattoos around her eye and her mouth.

Customer service is very bad. My first experience ever dealing with any Starbucks and this location made it so. I understand we all have bad days etc. but she had an nonchalant attitude and didn't give me my food in my hand etc. and didn't ask if I wanted my cookie warm. I still said thank you but no reply. But I guess everyone deserves a second chance but better customer service is needed.

Literally the best place and employees. Come in every morning and all the girls are AMAZING and Larry is phenomenal and gets my drink already made before I even order it. <3

Todays order the lady was not friendly at all.I clearly said dragon drink Starbucks refresher .She made me a dragon drink (with coconut milk)I told her and she was very upset and did the other drink after that she gave me my two drinks and my sandwich and I ask her for some sirracha sauce and she looked and me said oh we don't have any!I said can I get a tray ? She just threw the tray ! Wow I always come here and the manager is always super nice this lady today was not friendly and nice at all !!!! Please do better with attitude.
