I had a reward to use and the app wasn't working, the staff member was able to add it on in a different way so I still got my discount. This was extremely helpful as I feel often times, the staff can't seem to be able to do anything if the app isn't working! She was also very friendly and had my drink ready quickly. It was delicious!
It's really tiring asking for decaf and getting regular coffee, I said decaf 6 times....I chance coming here once and a while and I remember why I don't come regularlyShame on me
