I guess only their “friends” were allowed the special treatment to be inside, everybody else was locked out and had to wait in the long drive through line. Franchise owners should really check in on their store operations from time to time to see the terrible ways in which their workers run the business.
Dunkin - Thanks a lot! I love this restaurant so much I keep recommending them to friends and family. Their menu list is great and their food are always served warm and tasty the way I like it!

I went to the drive thru to pick up 5 bagged ground coffee for 2:00. Apparently because I was 6 minutes early wasn’t going to get my order quickly. So I pulled around & parked for 5 minutes! The kid cane out to tell me I could pull thru & so I did, apparently he couldn’t have just gave it to me where I was parked. He showed me the bag of coffee I ordered, but I didn’t see it was whole bean till I got home. Called 3 time’s & finally someone picked up! I got some lame excuse...read full review
