i only asked for tow extra large coffees regular cream and sugar, one with pumpkin spice, they gave me the 2 coffees without nothing only coffeeif they dont like to work they can go home and quit their job ?

This place is ALWAYS MESSING UP MY ORDERS! I never write reviews but these people are the WORST! They have on almost every occasion forgotten a part of my order: hash browns, wraps, donuts just to name a few. They have given me stale munchkins, and cold cream filled coffee when I always only order black. I don’t know who they have had working there during the early afternoon for the last 6 months, but they are all incompetent idiots.

Worst experience ever. Took forever for a drive thru order just to tell me they were all out of munchkins.. I asked what took so long she says she was taking an order with no one in the drive thru or in the store. Never will ever come back..

I went to the drive thru to pick up 5 bagged ground coffee for 2:00. Apparently because I was 6 minutes early wasn’t going to get my order quickly. So I pulled around & parked for 5 minutes! The kid cane out to tell me I could pull thru & so I did, apparently he couldn’t have just gave it to me where I was parked. He showed me the bag of coffee I ordered, but I didn’t see it was whole bean till I got home. Called 3 time’s & finally someone picked up! I got some lame excuse & was told to bring it back for an exchange! I sent my husband to do it. I was too tired from work!

I usually don’t like to leave poor reviews. I went in today to pick up my mobile order, and the older man saw me but did not acknowledge me. After waiting for 15 minutes I asked if they had my order ready. The older guy ignored me, and went back to giving his attention to the drive thru. That’s when I decided to just cancel my order. After multiple attempts to get his attention he finally stops and says “I can’t, I’m busy.” I get that they’re short staffed, but that’s no way to talk to a customer. There was a younger man that said he was in training, and he did try to help but did not have the proper training on how to make a sandwich. So my complain is not with the trainee. I’ve had other bad experiences, and usually there has been a manager on duty to make it right. Not sure if the older guy is a manager now. When I asked for his name he had his back turned on me ,and said over his shoulder what sounded like “****** I repeated what I heard to confirm and he nodded. I called corporate about this incident and they said they’re going to look in to this. Safe to say I won’t be coming back.

We went in drive- Thru ordered 2 coffees extra cream and sugar. And there is no sugar at all when I called someone picked up who was very rude I want refund!

I guess only their “friends” were allowed the special treatment to be inside, everybody else was locked out and had to wait in the long drive through line. Franchise owners should really check in on their store operations from time to time to see the terrible ways in which their workers run the business.

I love dunkin coffee the donuts now theirs other places that are better but they've always had their flavor of donuts that I like so I'll just stick with that.
