SCAM! Old lady told me there was no such thing as a $2 medium iced coffee…when it’s literally on the door, the menu, the sign in the front yard…she refused to sell me the $2 coffee.

Made an online order and they had my order ready. Quick and efficient, but I also came at a time there was nobody in the drive through. Employee could have had a friendlier welcome after I said thank you. Hope she has a better day though! Normally DD coffee is ok (sometimes it tastes burnt) but today it was so good.

This Dunkin says they open at 5 am but they don't open until someone arrives. This has happened multiple times and now i have to rerou6my ride to work. Just change your hours if you can't commit to a start time.

It's only open through drive-through, or it's closed They always claim because they're understaffed they take forever to take an order and then on top of that they always mess it up. This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts ever been to I wouldn't even give it a star, but you have to give one star to write a review I guess

Refused to add a toast to my order I have never had a DUNKIN that refused to add food to my order before they seemed bothered by it . I asked her if I could add one thing to my order she said yes what is it and I told her just a toast and she said umm I can’t add that .

This is one of the nicest Dunkin’s I’ve been to…. I would either come in the morning and or the evening and there are 2 guys there that knows exactly how to make my ice coffee and I leave them tips…. But one morning I came in the drive through line was out the driveway per usual and I decided to walk in it was a young lady there and I asked her did she order she stated yea but it was slow… I stood there exactly 5 mins and when I decided to lean over the counter and ask was there anyone working the front it was a African American Lady she worn a hat anda little on the tall side responded to me it’s someone there but you gone have to wait. I turned around and asked her was she okay because customer service is everything it’s not what you say it’s how you say it she was very snappy until she got told off about herself but then a guy with glasses came and took my order… ppl like her make well known establishments with good customer service look bad… I’ve been in hillside over 20 years and i frequently visit this location because of the customer service but I gave them a 3 because of her attitude and her customer service was not acceptable… but good thing is this doesn’t stop me from going here because of the rapport I have with this location but if I was to see her I’ll request someone else to help me

If I could give this no stars I would. This is the closest location near my job and according to their updated times they open at 4am. On numerous occasions I pass at 530ish and purchase through the app and it’s closed. Once I came and female employee tried to nag me for ordering through the app and arriving “too soon” and I proceeded to tell her that it would be the same if I ordered at the voice box. I don’t understand the audacity to be upset over a long wait/line yet I’ve seen them rushing in at 5?! Do better by arriving 15 minutes before opening so you have everything ready at 4.

If you don't know what flavor donut you want, I would go to another location. Tried to go to this location twice recently and both times, the lobby has been locked. The drive thru at this location was not planned very well and is not convenient, especially if there is a long line. So sometimes, it's more convenient to go inside. I don't always know what I want and the times I have used the drive thru, they were out of the donut I wanted. If your short staffed, then post a notice on the door as to why your lobby is not open. Don't just lock the door and force everyone to use the drive thru.
