This is one of the nicest Dunkin’s I’ve been to…. I would either come in the morning and or the evening and there are 2 guys there that knows exactly how to make my ice coffee and I leave them tips…. got what i ordered quickly but they forgot my coldfoam on my coffee and then said that i never ordered it and that i would cost extra 70 cents so i got upset and left. Also their drivethrough speaker is horrible and they can barley hear you.

Made an online order and they had my order ready. Quick and efficient, but I also came at a time there was nobody in the drive through. Employee could have had a friendlier welcome after I said thank you. Hope she has a better day though! Normally DD coffee is ok (sometimes it tastes burnt) but today it was so good.
