received 2 burned Pizza's, and a wrong pizza. When asked for a refund as i returned the pizza was told i would get a call from the RGM which s a dumb name for Store Manager. I called and was offered store credit +10 or my order made again. This wasnt the first flop from this location but it will be the last. Refused to refund 2 days in a row. Its a franchise so really what should anyone expect
