Food was fine but service is questionable. Worker was talking on phone while taking order and making sandwich. Should of walked out with such poor and rude manners, but Jimmy Johns was to far and I was hungry. Next time it's jimmy johns or subway in Elmhurst where customer service is better.
I'm surprised at the low ratings given as I had a perfectly fine experience at this Subway location. The 2 ladies at the counter were friendly, asked how my day was going and made sure I had everything I needed. All ingredients were available as well as good chip and drink selection. Fresh bread. Tidy shop. Easy to access from St Charles Road.

Things must changed, because the staff & on property management at this Subway is above & beyond the norm. The entire facility, restrooms and dining area was incredibly clean. The staff behind the counter was very polite, and they processed a large order quickly, while assisting other patrons. Excellent job!
