I placed an order for delivery and they refused to deliver unless it was to the office at the hotel I'm at In LYONS...thats never happened to me before. When I was running down the stairs to meet the driver, my phone fell out of my pocket and broke. I told the driver what the receptionist said, and he said he delivers to these rooms alllllllllll the time, TO THE ROOMS. I still gave him a tip, even though my phone is now shattered. Then the food, chicken parm is not grilled, and my mushrooms were burnt... I didn't get a sorry or anything. They didn't even offer to comp my food... I spend money when I order food for delivery and I typically tip the drivers 50%.......I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!!!

Photos don’t do justice to how massive these slices are. Be warned, “one” slice is actually two gigantic ones.
Delicious and a great value, but borderline too much food. The cheese and toppings were so heavily loaded onto my “garbage” style slices, I had to eat it with a fork, there was absolutely no way to lift it without losing all of the toppings.
Also, service was quick and extremely friendly!

Love their pizza! Thin crust is here deep dish is Anthony's. I bought an XL and shared with my sister but I was looking for more. I put in a second order and asked what their biggest pizza was, live alone with my dogs but I wanted extra extra to give away and take to work. The lady says a stadium pizza is our largest. Of course I had a few beers 4th weekend so I said YEAH give me that! The biggest pizza i have ever seen shows up!!! Needless to say, I am good I won't need pizza for 2 weeks!!!!. Great pizza, great flavor along with GREAT service!

The pizza is great, but I had the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Ordered at 9 AM for an 11:45 AM pickup. Arrived and had to wait an extra 45 minutes because their 'system was faulty’ The manager blamed us for not calling to confirm the online order (this was our first time ordering here). When we asked for an accommodation for the delay, she accused us of having a bad attitude. Tried to charge us extra for plates/utensils in person, even though we selected them during the online order process. This delay made us late for a work conference and we had to explain the situation to our management. I will absolutely not be buying from here again.
