they are super rude starting with the driver who seems like he does not know how to follow google maps to the store manager who scolds you like a bitter and aggressive father if you call them to ask for your order. I live 15 minutes away from the store and their delivery can't make it to my area. they just call you right before Uber Eats to let you know your food is almost there to cancel your order and hang up on you. very bad and awful service!
Delivery guy, older hispanic man was upset that he didn’t get a tip although he was LATE and only gave 1 update throughout the delivery process. I always respect delivery drivers but upset about a tip is childish, especially at his big age. Just because you might depend on it does not mean it is required, i don’t know what the hell his issue is but i really don’t care and i won’t be given weird looks and spoken to with disappointment because of a $2 tip....read full review
