Writing this review solely on customer experience, Diamond(or at least thats who she said her name was) who was at the drive thru was beyond rude for no reason on 12/26/24. She was sarcastic and rude when placing my order. She interrupted me mid sentence TWICE and when i asked for her to let me finish speaking she very rudely interrupted me again so i cancelled my order. Never coming to this dunkin again! She needs a customer service training refresher course!

Went through drive through, they gave me my hot cup half empty so I went inside to ask them to remake it. The gentleman that gave me the cup originally said that 'he wouldn't have given it to me like that'..... implying I did something to it. I said I did nothing to it I was literally 1 min between outside to inside. He repeated himself 'i wouldn't have given it to you like that' before asking another girl to make it. She also didn't fill it up all the way (but fuller than the last), she didnt seem happy to remake it for me I said 'thank you i appreciate it' and she said nothing, and the coffee turned out tasting burnt anyways in the end. This place sucks. My cup was a small also and NOTHING else. I just ordered a small hot chocolate..

It's always a mess when I come into this place. The floor, tables, register counter, and the area behind the register are dirty. I had to leave, it didn't make me want anything from there. The manager needs to get it together. Also, their customer service needs improvement. The employees are always rude and have an attitude. Smh!

The girls here are AMAZING!!! They are always so happy to serve you, not to mention the delicious breakfast sandwiches. The manager is always there helping and making sure the service is good. I have been coming here for a year maybe 3 times a week and I love the speed and my delicious coffee with hash-browns! Thank you to the team!

Got robbed here for $7 don't order online there systems sucks got there and kitchen was under construction got robbed don't go here. Now I have to send double on just my first meal today very expensive start to my budget day inflation is crazy for such a successful business to take from the less fortunate

Horrible service I walked in instead of using the drive through since they’re always taking for ever and having an attitude. I was the only person inside not one employee out of the 5 women here said hello will be with you shorty nothing. 6 minutes later someone tells someone’s name and the person comes stands by the register just staring at me with an attitude not even asking me to take my order. When she finally took my order it took 5 more minutes for someone to make my drink while 3 employees just stood there talking. And on top of that, I waited, and my drink was watering. Horrible staff!!!
