“We tried Gaia for the first time on Mother’s Day and were pleasantly surprised by how wonderful the entire experience was. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The service was fantastic; the staff was attentive, never letting our drinks go empty, and every course was timed perfectly.

The food was incredible, and every bite was delicious. The bruschetta was perfectly prepared, the Alfredo sauce was rich, creamy, and cheesy, and the chocolate fudge cake drizzled with strawberry sauce was absolutely to die for.

If you’re looking for a charming Italian restaurant for a night out with friends, family, or someone special, I highly recommend giving Gaia a try!“

From the moment we sat down, Tony was attentive, personable, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. The food was excellent — fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you expect from a top-notch pizzeria. Service was quick without feeling rushed, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. If you’re going to Paisans, ask for Tony — he truly takes the experience to another level. We’ll definitely be back! 🍕👏“

We had our eye on getting reservations here for a very long time and we ended up landing lunch reservations for my Fiancés birthday (whom is also a Chef). We just happened to be seated by the expo line near the kitchen where we saw Sarah working. From start to finish our server Rose, and Sarah made sure our experience was personalized special. Sarah even signed the cookbook we bought and menu! Everything was on point from the food to the service. I can see why it’s so hard to get a reservation here! “I am late writing my review but I had to write it !! I visited provare chicago On july 8th !! From start to finish this restaurant gets 5 starts . The decor was nice and set a perfect atmosphere for a great night . We were greeted immediately upon arrival and seated within 5 minutes of being there . Once seated the wait staff began their introduction's on drinks and popular menu item's. After my party ordered drinks and appetizers a gentleman came over (not sure if he was the manager) and introduce himself and made sure we were having a great experience. Appetizers were amazing!! We couldn't wait for dinner!! Our entrées we just as good if not better ! Everything was cooked and seasoned to perfection! When we didn't think the night could get even better the entire wait staff and the gentleman that came over before stopped and recognized my friend for her birthday and brought over a birthday surprise!! I live 307 miles and this place was definitely worth the drive !!!“

Lastly, you have to finish your dinner with the bread pudding. The warm pudding with the cold ice cream is perfection in every bite. 10/10 always!“

My friends flight was delayed and I got stuck in pretty bizarre Chicago traffic and they accommodated us with our table still 2 hours after our original reservation. The bartender (I wish I got her name) was such a genuine good vibe, she had me laughing the moment I walked in. Alfredo was our waiter and he was absolutely amazing and full of personality. I hope when we come back, we have him. The valet man was an absolute gem too. Asked if I could leave my car there for a couple hours and instead, he moved it into a legal parking spot for me. The owner is consistently very welcoming and genuinely glad to see us return.
