Longhorn let me down :( i always love going here but this night in particular was not good. Ordered my steak medium rare and it came out rare and cold in the middle. Did not feel safe to eat so i sent it back and still was not cooked properly. I ended up taking it home and cooking it myself. Very disappointed.

DON'T GET THE LAMB CHOPS!!!! They were dry and burned. They brought my coffee out in a dirty cup. The steak is always amazing but this is my most disappointing experience at Longhorn. I had to ask for water. I was there when they opened at 11 so it wasn't crowded yet. Just not the best of experiences.

So this is always my place to, to go with my family. Since my phone died I'm using my bfs phone. The last two times I came it just hasn't been the best service. This time around they said the wait was about 25 mins. We waited 50 mins to get seated! Mind you I been up since 4 am. Then another 40 mins to get my food! When I got it, everything was fine except my food. I ordered a medium well steak I got a rare steak. You can see how red this steak is. my broccoli taste like they put it in the oven and I love the broccoli from here. I just didn't want to ask to get it redone because I didn't want to wait another 50 mins. I left most of the steak there. And I'm still waiting for the check.

Went on a dinner date with my best friend, it was pretty packed, but we were tended to right away, our waitress was a sweetheart, food was great and the dessert was a 10 out of 10!

We went Sunday morning .The service was good .But one of our steak was burn . It tasted burn. We don’t like returning stuff but they need to do better . So we took it home to throw it to the garbage .Our table next to us ask for the manager and the hostess said he was cooking . So maybe that’s the reason our steak was burn . The waitresss did a good job . And the rest of our food was good but a little in the room temperature side .

Our server was great and the place was clean. But unfortunately the food quality is no longer their. Now remember, I said FOOD QUALITY not quantity. The steaks USED to be hefty now they are thin. The loaded Mac&Cheese use to have big pieces of bacon now it doesn't even seems to have any. It feels like unfortunately they have had to cut corners because of inflation. I'm sorry but it's not the restaurant it use to be.

I Love Jeremiah!!!! I live in the South Suburbs but will make a special trip to be served by him!!! He is the absolute BEST!! The food was delicious and that BREAD????? Heavenly!!!!
Gave it a 3 only because I order ahead wanted to pick up at a certain time only to be told it would be ready 15 minutes before the time I asked for only to get there and waited damn near a hour for my order that was places online. I'm so sick and tired of hearing the ""short staffing "" story and covid issues. Wasn't that 3 to 4 years ago.
