LongHorn Steakhouse offers a variety of delicious meals like ribeye steak, asparagus, and wings. The service can vary, with some guests praising attentive staff while others feel there is understaffing that causes longer wait times. For example, a Saturday evening visit resulted in a 2-hour 15-minute wait, but larger groups experienced shorter waits. Once seated, guests are often served quickly, and the atmosphere tends to be lively with lots of people and high energy. The restaurant is kid-friendly and provides a tasty dining experience overall. The food quality is generally good, although some find the spinach dip too creamy and rich. Prices are reasonable, making it a good spot for large groups, though it may not be ideal for a quiet or intimate night out. The staff, including servers like Taylor, are often praised for their helpfulness, kindness, and great attitude, contributing to a positive experience. To improve, hiring more staff could help reduce wait times and better serve guests.
