I visit this Starbucks all the time since I live in the area. They are almost always inundated with orders. The staff are always working hard and always so friendly even when customers here become rude or impatient and I feel their work ethic might not be recognized because of the sheer amount of orders thrown at them. Today I am leaving 5-stars in hopes it does any good towards these workers. Usually during rush times expect a 20-30 minute wait if you go into the shop.
This has got to be one of the worst Starbucks. The mobile orders are consistently 20-30 minutes later than the estimated time, and they really don’t seem to care.
