i reached out to the store about a mistake that was made with a previous order and they were happy to help! the manager went out of his way to make sure things were made right. he personally remade my sandwich and offered a soup for the trouble. as a manager of fast food myself, i appreciate the good customer service! it’s definitely something that’s hard to find nowadays. i will be back (:
The employee Brian was such a gentlemen! He greeted me with a smile when I picked up my food. My food was fresh which was perfect and i did not mind the wait. My first time at this location and i would definitely return back. Thank you Brian. His customer service is second to none thats why i highly recommend and consider coming back.
No matter how busy, service is typically quick.

Panera Bread is a restaurant that provides a cozy atmosphere with tables for small groups, making it a great spot for those looking to eat or work. The restaurant has a nice size and maintains the usual great Panera Bread energy and inviting atmosphere. The menu includes popular options like onion soup and Fuji apple salad. However, some customers may find the prices to be higher than local alternatives and wish for more diverse vegetarian options that go beyond dishes with cheese. A particular concern is the limited vegan choices for the growing population with dairy restrictions. While some customers have noted issues like underfilled bread bowls at a premium price, the staff, particularly employees like Chanel and Emily, have received praise for their helpfulness and customer service skills. Cleanliness has also been satisfactory. Note that the bread bowls can be purchased at local Jewel stores as an alternative.
