Went to Longhorn Steakhouse for my friend's 50th birthday on a Saturday evening, 2hour 15 minute wait. Larger groups came in with only a 15 to 20 minute wait time, not sure why, the host were great. Our waiter came right over once we were seated, we were served quickly. The food is great, atmosphere is lots of people, high energy. Prices are reasonable. Great for large groups not so much for date night or intimate night out.
Kylee (our server) made our experience amazing. She was so helpful and kind. She was prompt. Food was good standing. The spinach dip was a bit too creamy and rich. Drinks were delicious.
This is one of my favorite Steakhouse's.
So as me and my wife was celebrating New Years in Chicago we went to our favorite spot.
Everything was great even wait time.
