Service was not great. Took forever to get food, did not get checked. The water in our cups looked dirty, probably tap water. Did not drink. Check was taking a long time to receive.
Our server, JP, was one of the BEST servers we’ve had at Longhorn. He was on top of it. We didn’t even need to wave him down once for refills. He was checking up on us, making sure our food was okay. He served everything with a smile. Genuinely one of the best servers I have seen by far. He not only was on top of our tables in getting things out on time, but also did so for all his tables. 10/10 food, 10/10 serves!!!
We waited almost 2 hours to be seated and our food took a longer than expected which was disappointing but it was quite busy for Valentine’s day weekend so it’s understandable. Bread, appetizers, food, and drinks were all great all things considered! The most outstanding part of our visit was our server, David, he was the best! He was very attentive and friendly. Amazing service, great energy, would definitely come again just for him.
