I’ve noticed lately that they are up charging on drinks and not sharing in the ordering process that there’s an up charge. One of the biggest violations that I caught last month was when I had a water with my meal, but on my receipt it said I was charged for a large sweet tea and when I inquired about it, the employee acted like she didn’t know English of which there was no resolution so I ended up taking the survey on my receipt and failed them in every way possible.
