The young girl that different colors of hair at the Bethalto location is very rude. Has a terrible attitude and didn’t get our order right. Also had to ask for our drinks. If she is that miserable working there she should find a job that she likes. Cute girl but personality ruined her.

I was Just trying to order And the lady at the speaker kept rushing me. I couldn’t even get out what I wanted to order, but she continued to interrupt me when I was trying to tell her I wanted a meal. She kept interrupting me asking if I wanted a meal three times as I was telling her I wanted it in a meal. It was the attitude in the voice that got to me. People need to know that we go through things behind closed doors and the last thing certain people need is negativity.

Last 2 x I went to the bethalto location i ordered multiple roast beef and cheese sandwiches with extra cheese. $2.25 worth of extra cheese and each time it's not even enough to cover the bun. Then when I call to remedy the problem I get no answer. Do not recommend this location!!

I can order a shake at 9pm no problem. But 930pm and the shake machine is broke? Can't find good help these days

I got sick from a cheese burger. Spent my evening in bath land.
Been living here for a year now and my family didn't like this place. I finally got a chance to eat here with just me and my daughter. We went inside. Only one other person in line. He walked in the same time we did. We both stood there for a few minutes. No employer said I'll be you in a minute. They all were just worried about the drive threw. So after 5 minutes I had enough and walked out. I'll never be back to this location
