Went into Arby’s in Bethalto IL tonight 01/07/2026 with my 84 year old mother. There was one other couple in there eating and a worker mopping the floors. As he moped he never wrung the mop out. Needless to say the floors were soaked and soapy. Only one caution sign was out. We all commented on the floors and he said sorry they are being mopped. I carefully sat my mother down in the nearest chair and went to order our food when ordering meals was given our soda cups and I went to fill them and the machine wasn’t working. Went back to the counter and same guy that was wetting the floor said oh we shut them off at night. Mind you it’s not even 8pm and they don’t close till mid night. Every customer that came in was in theirs 60’s or over and after the first customers got ready to leave they went to the counter and told the manager how wet the floors were. She said she would take care of it. When we finished our food and left the floors was still standing puddles. I tried to get a phone number for complaints but there was none posted anywhere and I was not offered a receipt to see if one was on it. Your very lucky no one slipped and broke a hip. I will never again go to this Arbys

came through on a snowy day today Donnie was the only one there but killed it. got our order to us super quick and kept everything organized. he even took the time to ask us what sauce we wanted.

I wish 0 stars was an option… When i tell you ive had the WORST experience at this location. Not only are the workers rude and arrogant, but to my surprise so is the manager!!!! My food was just thrown in the bag half unwrapped. Then to top it off I found A WHOLE ROACH IN MY RUBEN…. Then when i went back through the drive thru I got told i was overreacting BY THE MANAGER, who decided to slam the window in my face…

While 3 others, and at least 1 cook were inside, the drive-thru attendant was outside giving their significant other food, and could not take my order. It seems nobody else could either.

Absolutely disgusting food was cold and could tell it was all old. Second time now my order has been this way and second time it was evening hours something is wrong with the night crew. Will never order again

Food is fine
Service was ok considering someone at the drive thru was being trained.
Problem: Regular or large are the only option for combos...I asked for small and was told small does not exist anymore AND I will have to charge you more for a small!
How does that make any logical sense?
Arby's can keep your overpriced lunchmeat

The young girl that different colors of hair at the Bethalto location is very rude. Has a terrible attitude and didn’t get our order right. Also had to ask for our drinks. If she is that miserable working there she should find a job that she likes. Cute girl but personality ruined her.

I was Just trying to order And the lady at the speaker kept rushing me. I couldn’t even get out what I wanted to order, but she continued to interrupt me when I was trying to tell her I wanted a meal. She kept interrupting me asking if I wanted a meal three times as I was telling her I wanted it in a meal. It was the attitude in the voice that got to me. People need to know that we go through things behind closed doors and the last thing certain people need is negativity.
