I went to my local burger king and was so impressed with how much it has changed.I was in the drive thru for a total of 2 minutes and my food was hot.It all tasted really good best I’ve ever had will be coming back

Cashier was already frustrated about something, but when you give a customer an overflowing cup that is dripping, they’re going to ask for napkins to clean it up so it doesn’t spill in their car. Forgot the straw too.

Tables were dirty with food, hair, soda marks. Floors were dirty. No ice in the soda machine. This place is nasty! Had to wash my own table for me and my family to sit at. When asked for ice you had to wait.. I understand it's a fast food place but come on wash ur tables and clean ur floors! Keep up with the ice!

My burger showed up with a bite mark. Clearly, the workers don’t understand what ‘No pickle’ and ‘No ketchup’ mean. This location is incompetent—everyone needs to be retrained and given a reading comprehension test

The girl that took my grandmas order was very rude .She has black hair ,and honestly she needs a reality check if she is going to treat customers that way .You just don’t do that .Do not recommend and will not be back .We used to love Burger King ,but I promise you not anymore .Thanks for being so rude.Treat people the way you would want to be treated .Your attitude is absolutely disgusting and a disgrace
