El Mezcal Mexican Restaurant

We have been going to this restaurant for many years but this will be my last time. There was a miss communication with me and our waitress and my order was wrong. She was very polite about it and sent it back. When my order came back it was still wrong and it was sent back again. Well that order came back right but when we were given our bill we were charge for three meals instead of two so we had to pay for a meal that was wrong. I do believe we should have been told that we would have to pay for the return meal and if we would have known we would have boxed it up and took it home before we got a new meal.

This restaurant is a hidden gem. I ordered the quesabirria tacos and they were phenomenal. The meat was tender and full of flavor, and the tortillas tasted freshly made. The portions are generous, the prices are fair. Authentic Mexican food at its finest.

Always great food and a good time love the atmosphere

My family and I enjoy going here. Whether we dine in or carry out we are always satisfied. The place is run well and has a wonderful owner. All staff are attentive and kind. The food? Delicious, every time. We really value this location and all the love poured into it. Thank you, El Mezcal!

The workers here are so incredibly polite and courageous. Their integrity is amazing and they go above and beyond every day. Shout out Alex for being a great server today tomorrow and every day moving forward

Was recommended by a coworker who highly recommended their Birria Tacos only to be told, “ some days we serve them and some days we don’t”.

This place has good food and the waitresses are so nice and caring

The staff is amazing and super friendly. The owner is not someone who just sits in the office. He is always helping seat customers, running food to tables and checking with customers to ensure they have a pleasant experience. The food is always good here and I’ve never had an issue.

Been here three times in the last month: The only Mexican restaurant I care to keep going to. Spend the extra for the Cadillac Margaritas, Ole!!! The Mixed Fajitas, muy Bueno!!! The empty plates say it all.

We had dinner here for the first time with a large family gathering, so big that the staff had to give us pretty much one whole side of the restaurant, I forget the young man's name that took care of us, I think it was the owners son who went above and beyond to take our orders and make sure we always had drinks, I had the steak chimichangas and they were great, everyone seemed to enjoy the food and excellent service, this is definitely my new Mexican restaurant even though it's a little out of the way for me.

Came here for the first time and tried their chicken nachos my food tasted absolutely terrible. I complained about it and I didn't get an apology or a refund or even offered a remake. Terrible customer service. I will not be returning here. I do not recommend this location to anyone.

I came here one time snd service was great! The owner sat down with me and even made my food personally!

This time.. I ordered my food over the phone. They said it would take “15 minutes”
They didn't make my food until I got there. I waited 20 minutes for my food to be ready. The cashier checked me out and threw the credit card and pen down on the counter. They also got my order wrong and gave me rice instead of beans.

Long wait time, giving me the wrong food, and very inhospitable!! 0/10.. don’t recommend. Get better staff
