I have to admit this location isn't bad...We got the chicken and waffle box and everything was fresh...Even my picky daughter ate...It was very enjoyable and delicious

I ordered the eight-piece meal and I got four wings in that instead of any legs at all then I ordered a side of legs and I got them but I was charged for an order of legs plus I wanted my regular legs and my meal and they give me four wings

Did an online order. Got there to pick up they didn’t have one item I ordered so they replace it with two chicken littles and when I got home all I got was two chicken little buns no chicken. While I was waiting I was watching the lady making the small sandwiches well they was busy talking and not paying attention And when I tried to call they aren’t picking up the phone. This was at the Bethalto store. I was the only customer in the store.
Service sucked took about 45 min. to an hour just to get my food. For the waite the food definately sucked. This is rediculous.

Ordered a 18 piece family meal and the chicken was so greasy and soft the skin was falling off every piece. Now I'm air frying it to try and crisp it. just ridiculous that I spent $51 for gross greasy lukewarm food. Absolutely will not be back
