I would honestly give zero stars or negative Stars if I could This location is an absolute joke place the mobile order around 9:45 got there by 10 sat in their drive-thru for over 30 minutes got to the speaker told them my order number right at 10:30 1032 to be exact told me they were no longer serving breakfast tell them I had been sitting in their drive-thru for a half hour they then proceeded to tell me it was not their problem this McDonald's is by far the worst location I have ever been to completely unprofessional

Lady at the counter was very nice, but as I went into the bathroom a young male employee went to the bathroom and didn’t wash his hands which I find pretty disgusting. Hopefully you guys have a sink in the back.

Even though I am not a Mc Donald’s fan I have to say the Stranger Things burger and fries are really good, I think it is the best burger I ever had at a Mc Donald’s in several countries

I can’t take this McDonalds seriously after I ordered a medium sprite with no ice and they filled the cup up about 70% full. If this is something that corporate enforces it’s truly sad on behalf of the company. Everything besides the breakfast and fries is just not very good. I’m willing to change the review if there is improvement at this location because they do have a good breakfast service which I’ll give them an extra star for. Breakfast service is a 8.7/10 and night service is a 1.3/10. Also hook everyone up and put more fries in the bag.

Been here a few times and have always had great service. Came tonight and the atmosphere is good and once again the cashier (a male) was very friendly. I appreciate this now more than ever. 12/21/24 Great job team!

Had a mobile order. Pulled into my curbside spot and waited about 3 minutes then they sent me a notification saying my order was on the way out. I closed the app thinking they’d bring it right out. Waited about 10 minutes then I finally stopped a worked bringing out another cars order. She kept asking me for a code which I did not have because I closed out my app and they marked my order as done. She went back in then came back out empty handed. Asked me for a code again to which I said I don’t have a code, gave her my name and what I had ordered and showed her on my app where it said I order it today. It was the young light skin girl, She made it seem like I ordered it to the wrong place or was just dumb. Which I did check before ordering, It was ordered to the right place:) She went back in, I waited another 10 minutes. Finally realized they were not bringing me my food so I just left out of frustration. I get it’s busy but that’s not how you treat a customer, especially one that has already paid. Ended up being there for 30 minutes and got nothing. I am a frequent customer there as I work across the street at ace, but unfortunately can’t see myself returning after that terrible customer service.
It was the end of the day, and the lobby needed to be cleaned really well. It was kinda a mess.
