Had an order that had everything wrong except the crust. Upon calling to tell them I was told I was being absurd. That was on 6/19, they gave me a “refund”. Went to order today and come to find out it was only a partial. Normally I would just say to hell with it but when every time I order the food is either cold, wrong or takes 2hrs to get 10 minutes down the road it is a bit ridiculous. Probably wouldn’t order from there again but hey we all get drunk and make mistakes.

Ordered for carry out, went to pick up and texted the number on the GIANT sign as directions stated for contactless pick up. About 15 min passed and no one came out so I did it again. Same thing, so I called. He stated “he doesn’t think they get those messages.” I told them that they need to put a sign up because that’s what people are going to expect the protocol to be. Even after calling I had to wait another 15 minutes to get my food. Total, I waited an hour from the time I called, with a baby in the car, and they said it would be 15-20 minutes from when I called. Very bad service. We’re not respectful or kind at all about their own mess up. Next time, I’ll drive further to a different location for better service.

Ordered and paid for 3 marinara cups, received 1. Ordered expected to be done in 10-20 mins. Took 40 mins and my food was given to me cold. What a joke and practically theft. May as well have cooked tonight.

Sign says open at 11 am and at 11:25 the doors are locked and workers just looking at us, my son has a coupon for a personal pizza for reading books through school he was looking forward to using. Don’t worry though imo’s saved the day.

We dinned in on 2-21-20 food wasnt too bad but service was horiable young man waited on us couldn't get nothing strait and we had to ask for our drinks after we ate our salads got our bread sticks after we ate our pizza. Dining room was dirty. Will not be back again. Do not recommend it.?

We dined in at about 5:15 pm and the food was excellent. Our server, Aaron, was attentive. I was kinda surprised to see that the place didn't have more people dining in. Someone needs to get the word out about this fine establishment!
Just finished a most enjoyable meal at the Bethalto Pizza Hut. Disappointed that they no longer serve the beer listed in the menu. Perhaps that's why we were the only customers dining in? Our server, Aaron, was outstanding and checked on us frequently.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I have worked in fast food and I’ve never seen or experienced anything like it. They don’t speak, talk very rude to you when they do speak. Saw them wearing no gloves also no hair nets. Took forever for the manger to come speak with me and she was worse then her employees! I wouldn’t recommend this place to a dog ! If i could give zero stars i would!
