Staff was nice..the quality of the pizza just isn't like it used to be...maybe it's just me, but the cheese is moderately hard and waxy. Has nothing to do with this location, just probably the ingredients.
I just want to shout out to Myles at the bethalto Pizza Hut. I went to pick up my pizza tonight and when I got there I called to make sure it was ready before I went in because I didn't want to leave Zeek (our puppy) in the car for any amount of time. When I asked him over the phone if it was ready and explained why, he said “mam I can bring it out to you, no problemâ€. He then brought my pizza out to my truck, took my payment back inside and came out to return...
