The pizza was really good. We all got salads which were pricey and nothing special. Two people in the party also got pasta dishes. The pasta was pretty good although I think the manicotti had been frozen but the garlic bread that we paid extra for was pretty bad. The bread tasted old and only had a small amount of butter on it. I would recommend if you go stick to the pizza!

This is the best Pizza! Bethalto - no problem. Madison County - easy. St Louis Metro - hands down! It’s the best version of St. Louis the Sicilian way. I believe she makes the sauce fresh daily. Every time my family and I come home, this place is always on the agenda. It brings our whole family together! May Romas live on for even more generations to come.

I have been eating at this restaurant for 20 years. The pizza is great and they have good service. The size of the pizza has gotten so much smaller. A large now is what a medium used to be. This is my struggle, paying 30 dollars for a medium pizza.

If your looking for Sicilian style pizza, this is it. Family owned with family recipes. Hamburger mushroom pizza is the best along with the pink sauce pasta. Call ahead or pickup is best for fast hot pizza. Atmosphere is always busy, plenty of tables and booths to accommodate handicapped persons.
