This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered the same drink and it’s been messed up. A matcha peach smoothie made with oat milk. The only thing they got right about it is the matcha part.

Pretty sure I got the wrong size drinks. Red head Dude couldn't explain the app to me. I don't understand it. Dude absolutely refused to give me a receipt so now I have to see if he got a tip for himself off my money that I work hard for. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION. STAY AWAY!!!!

Ordered a large crunch blender with 2 extra shots no whip cream, got a peanut blender with no espresso what so ever much less the extra 3dollars of espresso i paid for. Sat in line for 5 minutes and never heard anyone on the intercom. Now I have a 11 dollar ice cream drink i dont want. And dont have time to turn around on this road trip. . .

Love their carmelicious frappes! The service is always stellar, but I do wish that when you place a mobile order that it would be prepared before you arrive to cut down on the time spent in the drive thru. They do get you through the line pretty quickly for as busy as they get, but it would be nice if you could pull into a pick-up spot and grab your pre-made order and go.

I've been here so often, I'm actually getting tired of it. I've tried all the drinks that interest me (most of the blended menu) & everything is too familiar now, it's starting to feel bland. There weren't many seasonal drinks this season or last. More expensive than Starbucks. the taste is great (compared to the total hit or miss with Starbucks on every visit), but really unhappy with the app since the style changed to pretty much imitate the feel of the Starbuck's app. The previous design felt more friendly & now the reward system eels like a massive rip off. You have to have a X number of visits per month to keep your rewards tier benefit or lose all the benefits at the end of the month. Kind of total Bullsh*t.
