With the cost of the product here your staff should be Kinder and listen to a customer when they tell them that's not what they ordered. They should not be dismissive to them. And slam a drive-thru window when they clearly told them it was not the correct drink. 7:20 a.m. this morning.

This location used to do a pretty great job of both drinks and food, but in the past few months I've been met with constant incorrect orders and overall terrible attitudes from, what I assume, are all of the newer hires. I understand it gets busy and hectic, but on days where it's pretty clear and I keep receiving drinks that are either not what I ordered or messily done and faced with a gloomy attitude, it really makes me doubt the quality that this place has descended too within the past 2-3 months. The least I ask is that new hires can at least do the bare minimum and learn the signature drinks. This place is really my only stop for coffee when I need a pick me up in the morning, and I'm already paying 8-12 dollars per order I at least expect the thing that I have ordered.
When I receive orders from the older workers I recognize, service is always great and the drinks are always what they should be, all I ask is that there is maybe some reevaluation in the training and the application of this training from the newer hires.

Really gonna charge you 14$ for a small smoothie and a tiny microwaved breakfast sandwhich where half the ingredients are hanging off of it.

I come here 3X a week and in the last couple months all the employees just seem blah or that they hate their life.. where’s the joyfulness that used to be present when getting coffee?

We went to this location a lot. It's normally consistent. The last few times we went through have been bad. Order isn't right. They were training a new girl on a busy Sunday? Our order wasn't right, tried to communicate that before paying, and the girl training her said "push them through". No guidance, nothing. Poor girl looked defeated and had no support. We paid and left with the wrong order. That last interaction will be our last with this location.

Not good at all ordered a peanut butter crunch blender got nothing but whipped cream and syrup and chunks of ice
I’ve been going to scooters since they opened today change my mind. They hire some new rude girl not even sure her name she was wasn’t nice had attitude the whole time. Almost like she doesn’t enjoy the job. Didn’t realize we didn’t have 2 order was completely disrespectful towards my mom when my mom tried to tell her. Tried just dismissing us.

I scoot through here pretty regularly. The staff are always quick and polite, and the drinks are always good! I'm a but addicted to the Chai, in all honesty. But the other day, I tried to come through for my usual only to find the place was closed. A sign was posted on the drive-thru intercom that read: "Sorry, closed due to high temperatures within the building".
At first, I was a bit disappointed. I was really looking forward to a little treat before I went into work. But after a bit, I was actually glad to see that.
It's felt frighteningly common for businesses to put profit over employee wellbeing these days. I used to be a pizza delivery driver, and I still have memories of being forced to deliver food during a harsh winter storm in 2016. It was so refreshing to see employees being prioritized over profit, even for just a little bit.
Here's sincerely hoping Scooters continues this behavior, and more businesses follow suit.
