They have a dumb policy couldn’t fit through the drive-through with a vehicle and they would not sell me a coffee so I parked across the street and walked over and they would not serve me policy and they were not friendly about it either they made me feel like I was garbage when I walked up to the window Like I was a disease is how I felt. It was very embarrassing. Would not recommend anybody to ever go there and I haven’t heard one person say I like scooters coffee that is in my circle. That’s the only reason I wanted to try. It is to see if it was really as bad as everybody says so I guess I’ll never know.

Scooters was extremely busy today, but I’m not sure what happened to my order. A carmelious with an extra shot, iced, is nothing over the top. What I got is definitely not that. On top of that more often my drink has two ice cubes so the coffee is like lukewarm. Maybe if girls weren’t outside vaping all the time, they would be more up to par with the other Scooters in the area. This is the only location I get warm coffee and always long lines.

First time visiting. It was by far and without a doubt the worst coffee drink I've ever had! And I've had ALOT!! Ordered a Mocha Blender. ZERO flavor. Didn't even taste like it had coffee in it. Milk blended with ice. I came home and put chocolate syrup in it. Won't be back! I'll go to McDonald's

Absolutely awful customer service. I usually go to Germania but decided to give scooters another chance after consistently getting awful coffees with chunks in it from Scooters in the past and I was extremely let down by how they handled a situation. Instead of making things right and having the customer leave happy over something as simple as a cup of ice they would rather lose a customer over a dollar. I will never be back and I want my money back. I already submitted a form on the app.

This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered the same drink and it’s been messed up. A matcha peach smoothie made with oat milk. The only thing they got right about it is the matcha part.

Pretty sure I got the wrong size drinks. Red head Dude couldn't explain the app to me. I don't understand it. Dude absolutely refused to give me a receipt so now I have to see if he got a tip for himself off my money that I work hard for. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION. STAY AWAY!!!!

Ordered a large crunch blender with 2 extra shots no whip cream, got a peanut blender with no espresso what so ever much less the extra 3dollars of espresso i paid for. Sat in line for 5 minutes and never heard anyone on the intercom. Now I have a 11 dollar ice cream drink i dont want. And dont have time to turn around on this road trip. . .

Love their carmelicious frappes! The service is always stellar, but I do wish that when you place a mobile order that it would be prepared before you arrive to cut down on the time spent in the drive thru. They do get you through the line pretty quickly for as busy as they get, but it would be nice if you could pull into a pick-up spot and grab your pre-made order and go.
