The burritos here are the highest grade Taco Bell burritos possible. When working with Taco Bell ingredients, you can only make Taco Bell food. Still, this location makes better burritos than some other, nearby locations. I know that you may think that identical ingredients make identical burritos, but I'm telling you, these ones here? They're a little better. The other places do them worse than this place does the burritos. I don't know about the tacos though. I'm more of a burrito guy.

Place was dirty, floors,chairs etc. There was no sauces in bins, had to ask for some and still noone came out to refill while we were there. I guess cleanliness is no longer part of Taco Bells store brand. Kiosks are not what I want to use after who knows what has been there first. Won't be back and will tell others to stay away as well.

Taco Bell has got to stop playing! We came in for lunch on my birthday because the chalupa is my favorite item sold here. We ordered the Cantina Box but there was little to no meat on our food! To add insult to injury the chalupa bread was hard ! I tried to eat it because I was hungry AF! I'm so disappointed! The price of the food doesn't match what you get!

Don’t waste your time or money. We ordered the cantina chicken bowl, cantina crispy taco, veggie Mexican pizza, and a vegi taco. We live about 3 mins from taco bell. Everything. I mean everything was cold. We asked for extra hot/and fire sauce. We didn’t get it. We spent 29.00. And the response I got when I called was “we make everything fresh when it is ordered”. Guess they make it with cold food. That is the only place from Bethalto we get cold food from. Won’t go back. If you want hot food. Don’t go there
