I was served an old chalupa shell and when I took it back in to complain she told me it was fresh she would cook me another one and pull it before time since I couldn't chew it who could chew a piece of shoe leather I don't know too many people that could I was in at the counter so if the manager was there she should have stepped in the customer service in these fast food places is getting out of control and they are so picky with who they hire it's almost like their purposely hiring all these rude people

Absolutely the worst taco bell I've ever been to. employees are lazy rude and disrespectfull. Will not even take your order if you go into the lobby. I guess the only way to be waited on here you must go through the drive through.If I wanted to wait on myself, I would have just gone home. And being in a vehicle too large to go through the drive through so we had no choice. And my co worker. Is a little slow and cannot read very well. Yet the manager insisted he place his own order, seeing the look of embarrassment on his face, we decided to go someplace else. Nice to see how managers and employees here treat people with special needs.However the burger king next door has fantastic customer service and will go that extra mile to make sure everything is right.
