First off parking is terrible, I had to drive around for 5 minutes looking for a spot. After that, we were seated by an older lady who had the smell of cigarettes and didn’t seem to friendly. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch and a soup. I wasn’t to impressed similar to Panera in my opinion. The chicken was very dry on my sandwich . Also the silverware looked dirty.

I went to pick up a to go order for my wife, which was already kind of pricey. I assumed that the order in the bag was correct but it was not and I had to go back because happy wife happy life. They made it right, but was not happy about the inconvenience of having to go back up there, the food is great

First timer. Restaurant decor is cute and nice. However the restaurant was so loud it wasn't enjoyable. We ordered the daily special which was chicken and dumplings. After waiting almost 40 minutes to get our food, the dumplings were thick and doughy with a strange taste. We both couldn't place the odd taste. Then it hit me what it was, scorch taste. I dug to the bottom of my dumplings and turned dumplings over that were completely scorched on bottom. Got the garden salad as a side and it was good. Stay away from the dumplings!! I had really been looking forward to trying the tea room but was highly disappointed.

Love the Willow salad, every sandwich I have tried and their soups. Broccoli cheese is my favorite soup and I can’t narrow to my favorite dessert because so many are top notch.

We have been here a few times and it has always been excellent. We are vegan and have always been able to find something on the menu or have something slightly adjusted to meet our dietary needs. We normally choose to dine outside but indoors is warm and inviting as well Would highly recommend

Delicious selection of soups, salads and sandwiches. And if you aren’t full after that, dessert is a must. Get your dessert to go—you won’t regret it!

It was my first time there and it was not a great experience. The biggest issue was that after finishing our meal we sat and waited for another 45 minutes before the waitress came back and then without asking if we needed anything like our empty cups refilled or offering to show us the dessert tray she was like “okay is this one check or two”. My companion asked for a to go cup for their soup which they had to order the pick 2 and then add another soup, since the pick 3 doesn’t allow you to order anything other than specifically 1 soup, 1 half sandwich, and 1 salad. I asked for a cheesecake to go since we now had no time to enjoy a dessert there after such a long wait. The only reason I knew what flavor to ask for was because I overheard when another waitress was going over the dessert tray with the table next to ours. When she came back the size of the cheesecake in the to go container was ridiculously tiny. If my friend hadn’t really needed to leave for an appointment they were almost about to be late for I would have told her never mind because for the price it was pathetic. Then when we got our bill I noticed there was an up charge for my tearoom salad of I believe $1.70. I pointed this out to her and asked why I was charged more and she said “oh yeah the tearoom salad is more expensive, but all the other salads are the regular price”. Having never been here before I didn’t know that, was not told that when I ordered it, and didn’t remember seeing it listed as an up charge on their menu or I wouldn’t have ordered it. All in all the food was nothing to write home about. The portions were definitely not worth the price. The cheesecake was terrible and the service was worse.
