Brought my son there for his birthday, he’s from out of state. The service could have been a lot better, she never came back around to see if we needed anything! I ordered another drink for my son and it took a long time to get it! For the prices you get very little! I think they’re over priced! Again services needs to be worked on! Won’t be returning!

The restaurant enjoys a prime location and presents itself well as a trattoria. I opted for the grilled seafood, but unfortunately, I found the quality of the fish lacking—it had an off-putting taste. The octopus, despite being served with olive oil, carried a strong buttery flavor, suggesting it may have been prepared with a significant amount of butter. I mentioned this to our server when she courteously inquired about our meal early on. However, when she checked in again at the end of the meal, her response to our feedback was less than receptive. I politely explained that I didn’t particularly enjoy the fish and wasn’t fond of its preparation. To my surprise, she gave me a dismissive look, as if my critique were absurd, and remarked, “Oh, everyone here loves it.” Having grown up by the ocean with access to freshly caught seafood daily, while also being accustomed to American culinary standards, I had hoped my feedback would be received more constructively. The pizza was satisfactory overall; however, the dough appeared to be pre-frozen, which affected its quality. That said, the vegetables topping it were flavorful.
Barbabietole salad was really good and tasty. Also we loved grilled calamari, shrimp and octopus. Oh and Prosciutto was amazing! Prices are really reasonable.

Food was just ok. Pizza was fantastic. Calamari however needs serious help and the meatballs taste frozen. It doesn't take much to make fresh meatballs. Drinks were spot on but service needs help. They can do better.

I recently dined at Alcentro Trattoria in Bloomingdale, and I must say, the linguine barcaiolo was exceptional! The dish was perfectly cooked, with a rich and flavorful sauce that truly showcased the best of Italian cuisine. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a great spot for both special occasions and casual dinners. The staff were attentive and friendly, adding to the overall wonderful dining experience.
