Buffalo Wild Wings Reviews
We got there at 8pm sat down and about 10-15 mins later, ordered an appetizer, waited about 30mins and the waiter, Colton, apparently forgot we hadn’t ordered dinner. He said our food was about ready. Waited another 15mins before our appetizer of cheese sticks came out(by the manager)… cold. We asked for them to be remade.

Ordered take out. My husband and I both ordered burgers. They were awful. Didn’t even finish mine and both of us feel sick. Not returning.

Buffalo Wild Wings has had issues with service and food quality. Orders have been delayed, and traditional wings have been disappointing. Some customers have experienced poor service, including having to remind waiters for silverware. The food, including the Asian Zing Cauliflower appetizer, can be hit-or-miss, and the atmosphere has been criticized for its unpleasant smell. However, recent visits have shown some improvements, with service remaining great and staff being friendly and welcoming. Portions of the wings have become smaller with less breading, but the environment is often lively, especially on game days. Customers have enjoyed the parmesan garlic wings and dry rub boneless wings, and many appreciate the positive energy brought by staff members. Despite some concerns about tipping practices and food size, the overall experience can still be enjoyable, especially when the staff provides good service and a fun atmosphere.
