Wouldn't come back to this location. I ordered a mobile pick up between 8:50-9 p.m. and arrived a little after 9 and what was supposed to be a quick walk-in and walk-out type of thing, ended up in being a 1+ hour of wait. A lot of people who arrived after me got their order quick, and when I tried to ask an employee for my order, there was no one. When you look at the lobby, you could immediately tell they are understaffed as there were a lot of tables with dirty dishes and some areas looked dirty. After more than an hour of a wait, an employee finally gave our food, but it was cold and a bit stale (mainly the fries).

Why is this restaurant still running service sucks took 1 hour and more for a salad . They had the audacity to still charge me the wings after an hour and more of waiting wings where cold and never got service the salad but yet they still charged me the wings servers are moody because of the lack of workers not helping and the lack of waiting to service their customers why are they even open still !!!!! Shut this place down or fix your DAM service .

Bad experience at this BBW location. Came there on a Friday night. Waited in front for the host to seat us. After 15 minutes of waiting the waitress finally came over to tell all the people waiting that it’s self-sitting. That was not a good sign. My wife and I sat ourselves and waited for someone to come to us. 15 minutes passed and no one from the wait staff came to even acknowledge us or at least give us a menu. The place wasn’t even crowded so i don’t why the slow service. After waiting a total of 20 minutes my wife and I just looked at it other and decided to just bolt. We walked out and I don’t think any of the wait staff even noticed. Will never go to this location ever again. So sad because I used to like this place. As a company I think they’re having issues with their business. Good luck.

Btw… we went to Rookie bar and grill near by and had a great experience !!

We went to this restaurant in February. Waited ALMOST 2 HOURS for a pick up order. Everyone who came after me was getting their food but not me who has a clear pick up time. The teenage workers were fighting & the manager was the only cook while every other workers sat on the metal counter where they prepare food. I asked for a refund because no food for an online pick order after almost 2 hours is CRAZY. Half of our total was in a giftcard which is honestly the only reason we chose bdubs that night. The manager confirmed that I would get the amount back on the card, WRONG. They STOLE MY GIFTCARD. No money back, tried reaching out to this location AND CORPORATE But nobody ever reaches out & they close out my help request. Guess this company is struggling so bad that they needed those $15 more than me. NEVER COME HERE. Save your self a headache and HUNGER and go to a different wing restaurant, or if you absolutely need bdubs order at a bdubs to go in St Charles, never had an issue there & the staff is actually there to work and you will get your food. Bloomingdale location has always been terrible, not even sure why they haven't closed this location. I even ran into friends who were sitting at the BAR that same night & also left after 1 beer/1 hour because NOBODY was taking their order or even acknowledging them.

I gave the service a 2 stars since their service was terrible. It took a server over 30 minutes to come to our table. We already knew what we wanted to drink, and eat while we were waiting for someone to serve us. Remind you, it was 2 adults and a toddler. The waiter took the whole order. We were waiting for our drinks for 15 minutes, just for ice water and our 2 beers. I understand if the restaurant was full and busy but it wasn’t. We ordered our food and we waited for a while. A 5 top ordered their food 10 minutes after us and their food came out way before us. After another 15 minutes our food finally came out. We had no silverware or napkins and our waiter was somewhere. I had to bother another sever for silverware and napkins but they just told my my server to bring them. He finally and we were able to eat. The waiter never checked up on us to see how everything was. After we were done, I asked for the boxes and the check. Took another 15 minutes. The food and the atmosphere was decent that’s the only positive thing.

Had a online order for delivery. Driver was at store waiting for over 25 minutes. It's wings and fries...not sure why this place is so awful at preparing orders in a timely manner. Yet if I go there and sit down and order wings it takes 10 minutes....

Restaurant is not buzy and I waited for 40min for fries and chips . Never coming back . Bad service. Lot of racism . Food was served to others in front of me who orders burgers and wing after me . they didn’t give us napkins or fork or spoon to eat food . Server literally left food on my phone and Worst service. Hope this reaches to owner .

I ordered a 15-wing BOGOF deal online from Buffalo Wild Wings. After ordering it, when I arrived 40 minutes later for pickup, my order still wasn’t ready, so I ended up waiting another 40 minutes inside. The service was extremely slow, and the cashier had a weird attitude, saying something like, “you can’t stand here, go there it’s common sense.” To top it off, my sister saw four employees in the washroom chatting instead of working. After getting our food when we got home, we discovered we were missing 10 wings, receiving only 20. I heavily say, do not come to this location. I wish I could give it 0 stars
