Our experience on Saturday, 4/6/24 was ok. Our server was handling all the tables in 2/3 of the restaurant without any assistance. The kitchen did not get our whole order out at one time. Our server had to go back to find out what happened. We never saw the manager! Not sure where that person was. I think they should give that young man a big raise and bonus! Management or lack thereof is why I rate this restaurant 3 stars.

The food is always good quality, but gosh they can't be on time if their lives depended on it. Every time I order out from here I end up waiting 15- 25 minutes extra for my order. Though when I've dined in the kitchen has been quicker.
Buffalo Wild Wings is a great friendly restaurant. I appreciate all the hard work employees and manager put into running a great establishment and the food is great and their kindness to me even though I have little autism. Very clean too. The Honey garlic wings are ? 10/10.

horrible server name: Rachel white, skinnyrecommend? nah.parking? good2 people 2 mealsGot our appetizers and two meals, one meal and appetizers came on alright time, i finished my meal before the other person's meal came (probably 20 minutes late) she checked up on us once, we were waiting for her to ask for a check, as other servers have before, never happened, she walked past and by our area as servers are arranged by areas, never managed to come and ask, i had to stand up and walk to her "station?" where she would be at for like 10 minutes each, when i walked up to her, said "weve been signaling you down for like ten minutes, we need the check n a box." simply said "oh sorry" the servers here are kind of eh. food was somewhat good, service is absolutely horrible, gave her a one cent tip for the sh*ts and giggles ?️ overall, bad, waited for one singular meal for way too long, so much so that i hope thered be a negative tip option so the server actually gets charged for it lmao.
This place is a joke compared with what it used to be. Long wait not enough staff, hire what personnel is needed to have satisfied customers.

The service is very depressing in Spanish, but the most serious thing was the food, I told the cashier that I didn't like spicy very much and he told me that medium was good so I bought 30 wings, they were inedible because of the spice, old potatoes, hard wings and cold, the sauce to accompany it has no flavor, I definitely would not go to that place again, I ended up throwing away the food because I couldn't eat the wings and unfortunately I couldn't go talk to the manager because I live a little far away and it was a takeout order

We walked in on Saturday night. We were told we could sit at the bar so we grabbed a table. It took about 10-15 minutes before we were greeted. We put our drink orders in and then waited to place our food order. It took awhile for the food to come out. When the food did come out, they gave me the wrong kind of wings. The server did immediately apologize and take it back but we sat without drinks while we were waiting. Another server brought out the correct wings (which only had wings and no drums) but our server never came back to check on us or refill our drinks despite making eye contact multiple times and empty drinks on the edge of the table. My husband was waiting for a drink to eat but despite him not touching his food, nobody checked in with us. Refills finally came after I finished my wings. I asked for a box and check; ended up having to go to the bar to pay because server disappeared again. I came for a birthday reward and we ended up leaving in a bad mood due to service. Cannot recommend this location.

Oh look, another carry out order where we requested sauce on the side, and there's NO SAUCE in the bag. Done with this location. Our last 4 orders have been wrong. Last time I called and spoke to the manager on duty. She promised to refund my order, and never did. They obviously don't care. I'll stick to Wing Stop going forward.

Service at time of pickup was poor. I ordered through the website. I left a nice tip as usually the person at the pickup counter is nice and helpful but not this time. The wings were overcooked and dry. My order was cold when we got it home. I live 15 minutes away and picked up right at the time my order was supposed to be ready. The spicy garlic wings had very little sauce as did a few other flavors I ordered. Overall super disappointed. Next time I'll try wing stop as Buffalo wild wings has definitely lost quality and the service is poor.
