Unfortunately they messed up my power bowl 3 times. Asked for no peppers (allergy) they gave me peppers, added brisket and had no brisket and they gave me a lemon vinagrette instead of the chipotle ranch. I understand a small miss here or there but 3 things on one order? Not sure what happened

Ive been a fan of Zupas up in Lake Zurich, but the one in Bloomingdale really messed up.

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. The customer service is AWFUL. My friend and I placed an order online for pick up through the app by 11:30. When we arrived through the pick up drive through, no one answered at the window, so we went inside. The workers were rude telling us to wait and step aside, without even asking for the pick up name. After 20 minutes of trying to find out where our order was and when it would be ready, we had to leave since we are teachers and our lunch hour was ending. We left without our food. Note, there were many others waiting for their pick up orders, door dash etc, but no line for regular walk in customers? So the place was truly not “busy”. To top it off, my friend called to receive a refund to which no one answered and their call center said “all you can do is keep calling”. Literally insane. I didn’t get any food and I STILL had to pay for it?!? The food is good, but after the level of frustration I dealt with today, I will not be returning. I will not support a company that has such incredibly poor customer service.

I come here once a weekd since its close to my job, i always walk in and order today i decided to order on the drive thru thinking it was going to be faster. BIG MISTAKE!!! I waited about 34 minutes for my food i had to go inside and see what was happening. Im usually a pretty patient and understanding person but this was ridiculous

Food was good. Salad portions were ridiculously small. Tri-colored peppers? I got 8 pieces. Cauliflower? Maybe 3 pieces. Onions? a tablespoon at best... Why so stingy with the extras? I even paid extra to add more things, so why short me?

David were amazing! They greeted me with a big smile and asked how my day was right away. They were super respectful and made the whole experience really positive. It’s always nice to be treated with kindness and professionalism — definitely 5 stars!

My wife and I both got protein Bowles, and the wild rice was really undercooked. The rice was not that soft and it hurt our teeth to eat. It’s a shame because we really couldn’t eat our meal, so a waste of money. Also, my son was eating his chicken tenders and he said it did not taste good as well and there was a bit of bitter. My son also said that the fruits tasted bad in his opinion and he likes fruits and veggies a lot. Although he did like the chocolate covered strawberry. Overall, the food was not that great

They definitely looked understaffed and yet still had people standing around not doing things. It was busier so I was anticipating the wait. When I got to check out the young man running the register was touching the screen and his dirty apron and then prepping the strawberries and bread, I asked if he changed gloves and he said the health department approves of this. Maybe if the strawberries and bread was in bags sure, but I also reached out to someone who worked there and they also confirmed this is not their policy to touch anything other than food with gloves on.

Needless to say, they are nasty.

Wow this place has really gone down hill. Ordered try 2, wasn't asked to customize or if I wanted add ins. My daughter ordered a nourish protein bowl. No roasted sweet potato. On the tray was one strawberry no baguette. I got to the table and looked at my sandwich where is the meat? Paper thin slices. 2 of each of the 2 kinds and 1 slice of the other. We will not be back. By the looks of how empty this place is at 6pm others must agree. Staff busy cleaning.

This location was filthy, not busy, my order was incorrect and I was missing part of my online pickup order. The staff was unable to figure out how to find my order in their system to offer a refund. I called again the next day and the same staff was working and told me to call the store later (in about 2 hours) to speak with a manager. Grossly overpriced and very unsatisfied with the service.

I rarely leave reviews, but my recent experience was so disappointing that I feel it needs to be shared. I placed an order that was mixed up, and instead of receiving help or understanding, I was met with rudeness from the team lead. Rather than trying to fix the mistake, they made me feel like I was the problem. Customer service should be about listening and resolving issues, but that was definitely not the case here. I expected better and left feeling frustrated and disrespected.
